Before any work begins, a service agreement outlining the scope of the project, timeline, and fees will be provided to the client. The client must review and sign the service agreement before work can begin.
Payment for our services must be made in accordance with the terms outlined in the service agreement. If payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe, Auspex Soft reserves the right to suspend or terminate the project.
All intellectual property rights, including copyright, trademarks, and patents, associated with the project will belong to the client. Auspex Soft will not use or disclose any confidential or proprietary information of the client without the client's express consent.
Auspex Soft warrants that the services provided will be performed in a professional and competent manner and will meet the specifications outlined in the service agreement. The client warrants that all information provided to Auspex Soft is accurate and complete.
Auspex Soft will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the services provided. In any event, Auspex Soft's liability will be limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.
Auspex Soft and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of all confidential information and not to disclose it to any third party without the other party's express consent.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the client will be responsible for paying all fees and expenses incurred up to the date of termination.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Auspex Soft is located.
Auspex Soft reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the client via email or postal mail.
